In recent weeks, CB Richard Ellis has been recognized with several major international business and service line awards.

Exceptional Achievement Award and 2007 MPF Global 500:
Honoring firms that have made an outstanding contribution to the professional services business sector, CB Richard Ellis is the 2007 recipient of the prestigious "Exceptional Achievement Award" from the Managing Partners Forum (MPF). This award is particularly gratifying as we were in competition with successful companies from across the professional services spectrum.

Headquartered in London, MPF is the world's leading association of managing partners from accounting, management consulting, technology services, law, investment banking and other professional services firms. This is the first year "property consultancy" firms have been included in the MPF.

At number 19 overall, CBRE is also the top-ranked property consultancy firm in MPF's 2007 Global 500, and is featured in The MPF Global 500 Annual Report, which provides a snapshot of the world's top professional services firms.

Euromoney Awards:
At the annual Euromoney Awards, CBRE received 73 global, regional and individual country and service line awards, plus shared top honors in an additional 13 categories. We have enjoyed considerable success with these awards since they were inaugurated in 2005. This year is no different, as our total awards expanded from 48 in 2006 to 86. European Property Awards:
Rounding out the list of recent international honors, at the annual European Property Awards, CBRE was named "European Retail Agency Team of the Year" and "European Industrial Agency Team of the Year." The awards are presented by Property Week, a leading UK trade publication.
