How Do I Go About Finding a Good MLM Company?

Do NOT join any MLM company before you know how to pick a company suitable for you.

Do you want to be in a company that management has no experience and integrity? If you do, than I suggest that you close this browser right now and do something else. But if you do not, remember to read up on the policies & procedures of that company you're planning to join. There are a lot of companies out there that have many pages of their policies and procedures that require a lawyer to read, because they may have to steal your bonuses and checks to improve or maintain their profits. Watch out for these companies, especially those with a high overhead.

Timing of company, timing of industry. It is a proven fact that over 90% of new companies fail within 2 - 3 years, the difference is that a established company all their major functions of the business is already operating. So if you're going to join a relatively new company don't be part of that 90%. Also beware that if you join a company too late, it is going to take some time to build your business because you will be experiencing a slower growth.

Products! As you might know, many MLM companies have products that are way overpriced to other comparable products in the market, including a few MLM companies. Sometimes the products can even cost about x10 or more. What you want to look for is a company that has remarkable products, which is not overpriced and creates an emotional attachment. To make it simple, you want to look for products that people will buy even without the compensation plans.

Compensation plans is the biggest topic discussed about MLM today. It is important that you compare the compensation plans of different companies and find out what does that business model drive in the field. If it drives the behavior of endless recruiting, than you should be running!

Lastly, but not least the company has to have a proven system for success. What is more important, is the source that you get your information from. You have to see the good and bad sides of that company and whichever it may be, always make sure that the source has a valid reason for their comments.
